By accessing and using gen-image, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.

Description of Service

Gen-image provides an AI powered image generation service. The service is offered free of charge. No subscription or payment is required for access to the service. Users may subscribe to access more advanced features and generation credits. All type of users can also purchase generation credits.

No Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The service is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranty. In association with the product, Publikey Sàrl makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third party rights. Use of the service by a user is at the user’s risk.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their conduct and their data related to the service. Compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with their use of the service, including those related to data privacy, international communications, and the transmission of technical or personal data, is mandatory.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Publikey Sàrl reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Publikey Sàrl be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services and software. This limitation shall apply whether or not Publikey Sàrl has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

Publikey Sàrl reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the Geneva, Switzerland courts.
