tiny-Flamingo(edited)Huzzah, it works in Firefox. The last dropdown filter option rarely ever worked for me. An idea though, what about an option to turn off the click-to-show censors? They should be on by default of course, but when you choose to show explicit stuff I would prefer to not have to click on each image individually. Since the page reverts back to Safe only when you leave it should be fine. Secondly, I think the Safe setting should be a little more aggressive, since Spicy is for everything else. But I'm an oddball who wishes he could show his family/friends stuff online. I just rarely can actually share sites with them because automated filters are not really dependable.
Glad to hear it works in Firefox now! Funny thing is, I thought that dropdown issue was fixed in an update a few months back, so thanks for confirming it's actually working on your end now. About the click-to-reveal censors: I get the annoyance, but I'd rather keep that behavior as it is for now. It's an extra safety layer I'm not comfortable removing yet, even behind an opt-in. On the Safe filter: I'm still fine-tuning it and watching how it behaves with real usage. I agree it should lean strict, but I'll be honest with you, a 100% reliable filter is very hard to reach. Automated classification will always have edge cases. That said, your "shareable with family" use case is a good benchmark and I'll keep pushing it in that direction. No prob. It seems the regular dropdowns still don't work right in Firefox, but now that the ratings are separate I can use those at least. The sorting options (newest/oldest, image/video) are the ones that are flaky at best but those aren't as important. I can use Chrome when needed. You don't need to hunt down every bug 🦗🕷️ so no worries.
Ah, another point about the "share with my family" feature: guest users (not logged in) are now locked in safe mode and can't browse spicy/explicit categories.
